Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Starting pay $18.50/hr with eligiblity to increase after 90 days</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p>\n<p>Reporting to the Production Team Leader, these positions are responsible for the safe and efficient manufacture, packaging, and inspection of our products.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Functions</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate various equipment in the manufacture of our products.</li>\n <li>Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment as needed.</li>\n <li>Placement of materials on conveyor system.</li>\n <li>Operate material handling equipment. </li>\n <li>Complete necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner</li>\n <li>Report malfunctions of equipment and deficiencies in processes.</li>\n <li>Attain quality and quantity standards and keep accurate records.</li>\n <li>Complete Take-5 Risk assessment and/or Pre-Flight Check lists at the beginning of each shift.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.  </li>\n <li>Comply with Company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Must report unsafe conditions to supervisor.</li>\n <li>Take action to prevent accidents and injuries.</li>\n <li>Perform any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li>\n <li>Minimum of one (1) year experience in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>Previous experience operating machinery preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous experience operating a forklift is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong><u>Knowledge and Skills</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Willing to be cross- trained in other positions.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide).</li>\n <li>Understanding and knowledge of reading basic measuring devices such as a tape measure.</li>\n <li>Ability to work cohesively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain powered industrial vehicle (forklift / pallet jack) certifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Schedule Description</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be willing and able to work a12-Hour rotating shift schedule.</li>\n <li>Must be willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Demands</u></strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position will work primarily on the production floor.</li>\n <li>The noise level in the work environment is consistently above 85 decibels when on the production floor.</li>\n <li>During summer months, employee may have to work in temperatures as high as 110 degrees for prolonged periods of time.</li>\n <li>Dust from machine processes is constantly present.</li>\n <li>The employee constantly works near rotating equipment, mechanical parts, and lift trucks.</li>\n <li>The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or vapors or hazardous products such as degreasers and silicone spray.</li>\n <li>Required to wear steel toed shoes, safety glasses and ear plugs in the manufacturing area.
