Complete and file record keeping forms required by the Facility. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Supervise and monitor nursing care to include but not limited to positioning, cleanliness, safety, and resident </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">rights.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Report and initiate employee and resident Incident and Accident reports. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Administer hot and cold applications. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Take and record resident’s intake and output, vital signs, and other observations. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Answer resident call lights. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Assist in training other nursing personnel. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Assist with cleaning duties not performed by housekeeping personnel. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Offer suggestions for improved conditions or procedures to the supervising nurse. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Assist with resident and employee emergencies, incidents and accidents; intervene as appropriate and complete </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">required documentation. Provide direct resident care. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Work together closely with the RN as partners to provide maximum resident care and efficiency for the shift. Put new orders into computers and on Mar/Tar. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintain resident records. Maintain confidentiality. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Requisition supplies, as needed. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work environment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Immediately report malfunctioning or unsafe, or suspected malfunctioning or unsafe, equipment or conditions </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">to supervisor. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Attend required in-services. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Attend required meetings. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Other duties may be assigned</span></p>",
