If so, WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Packer - Industrial Manufacturing - Woodridge, IL</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Packer Compensation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Starting rate $19.13 an hour+ $1.00 shift differential for nights - paid weekly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Packer</strong> available night shifts: Days 7AM -7PM and Nights 7PM- 7AM</p>\n<p> Packer provides support for the operation team by working safely, in a fast paced production warehouse environment, while inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment</li>\n <li>Check for quality issues to product and contact team lead with issues</li>\n <li>Ensure you have enough supplies at your station (boxes, tape ect.)</li>\n <li>Keep station clean at all times</li>\n <li>Follow safety guidelines at all times</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demand/Effort:</strong><strong>   </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing, when required, such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat/bump cap, hair/beard net and gloves</li>\n <li> Ability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, bend throughout the duration of the scheduled shift </li>\n <li> Prolonged standing while performing the duties of the job </li>\n <li> Job requires high level of manual dexterity with repetitive use of hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
