We are looking for professionals to help us manage and modernize the IT infrastructure that drives world-class language instruction for the DLIFLC’s diverse academic community.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Basic Qualifications &amp; Background</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provides on-site and traveling IT support at Remote Site Support (RSS) and Learning Training Detachment (LTD) locations across CONUS and occasional OCONUS (e.g., Germany). Ensures classrooms, end-user devices, and local network connectivity remain fully operational, coordinating with the central POM/OMC IT Service Management team.</span><br><br></span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Provide Tier 2 desktop and classroom support at LTD and RSS locations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Troubleshoot hardware/software, image/reimage laptops, and support classroom AV equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with POM ITS Service Desk for ticket logging, escalation, and closure in Ivanti.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Perform asset management functions: inventory IT equipment, coordinate shipping/receiving, and process RMAs for RSS/LTD locations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Support limited TDY missions to OCONUS sites (Germany) for exercises or classroom setup.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Serve as the on-site technical liaison to the central DLIFLC IT management team, escalating unresolved issues to CIN, Cyber, or DCO staff as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Education:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Educational requirements include BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Certifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
