These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>The Technical Engineering Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and coordination of the Engineering, Maintenance and Process Control teams focused on maximizing production results while staying within applicable cost targets. This position will be responsible for improving operating performance, reducing waste and delays and otherwise promote cost reductions for the facility.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Provide leadership for Engineering, Maintenance and Process Control with the ultimate objective of maximizing production volume while achieving cost targets</p>\n<p>· Manages the capital budget and develops the technical talent in the group.</p>\n<p>· Assures plant facilities and production equipment are properly maintained.</p>\n<p>· Manages the plant Capital Budget and Engineering expense budget.</p>\n<p>· Works with plant technical and operations resources to identify capital deployment opportunities.</p>\n<p>· Responsible for CAR submission and coordination of capital activities.</p>\n<p>· Responsible for hiring, salary administration, performance management including disciplinary actions, employee development and salary administration.</p>\n<p>· Provides engineering support and resources to sustain plant production.</p>\n<p>· Coordinates communication and implementation of manufacturing and technical initiatives.</p>\n<p>· Manages AOP budget, which includes technical group salaries, building and grounds, maintenance materials and utilities.</p>\n<p>· Responsibility for meeting site environmental compliance and providing support to plant safety programs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· BA/BS degree preferred in engineering.</p>\n<p>· 6+ years in engineering field with demonstrated project and process management skills with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.</p>\n<p>· Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and negotiation skills required.</p>\n<p>· Ability to analyze and problem solve various technical related issues</p>\n<p>· Ability to multitask and prioritize a changing workload in a very fast paced environment.</p>\n<p>· Computer proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and MRP systems</p>\n<p>· Ability to lead cross functional projects within area of responsibility</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-TM1</p>\n<p>#INDSalaried</p>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
