          "text": "<p><strong>Role: IBM Infosphere MDM(Physical MDM/Advanced Edition experience is required)<br>\nLocation: Burlington, NC - Remote<br>\nType: Contract to hire</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;15 years of experience in IT with depth in Data Management.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;10+ years of experience building MDM applications using IBM Infosphere MDM Standard/Advanced Edition.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Familiarity with the TIBCO MDM solution is an added plus.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Experience in multiple areas of MDM implementations such as interfacing with ESB's, batch processing, MQ based publish-subscribe model.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Experience with data profiling, probabilistic and PME Algorithm.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Hands on experience with J2EE , SOA based services .<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Experience on IBM/Amazon cloud, Openshift ,Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Data Architect with MDM experience.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Working experience in Master Data Management and MDM tools.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Strong Data Analytical skills, Data Architecture (Modeling) skills.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Experience with one or more enterprise level data modeling tools.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Experience in large scale data integration projects involving multiple data sources and loading them in multitenant architecture.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Good understanding of healthcare data and data flows.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Payor and Pop health, knowledge of various standards like HIPPA and HITRUST, Data Masking strategies.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Strong database development experience.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Experience of working with multiple teams working across different time zones.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Strong Documentation and Presentation skills.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Design and Develop customizations for the currently implemented MDM Product.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Work with team members to develop technical designs to meet business requirements.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Matching Engine tuning and development practices.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Ability to understand current systems and propose new architecture by identifying gaps &amp; flaws.<br>\n•&#xa0;&#xa0; &#xa0;Design and develop experience on multi-domain MDM solutions.</p>",
