    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Responsible for the inspection and verification to requirements for machined detail parts for various aerospace customers by performing the following duties.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrates proficiency with customer engineering, specification, and general configuration requirements.</li>\n <li>Performs First Article Inspection fulfillment for dimensional characteristics utilizing Net Inspect software.</li>\n <li>Ensures work orders are filled out completely and that all quantities are correct.</li>\n <li>Reports deviations from specifications and requirements per NCR requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p>\n<p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Specialized Training: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>CMM operation and/or machine shop inspection experience</li>\n <li>Blueprint reading and interpretation</li>\n <li>GD&T experience</li>\n <li>NCR creation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Equipment:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Rockwell hardness and conductivity equipment</li>\n <li>Height gages and precision measuring equipment</li>\n <li>Eye and hearing protection may be necessary while working on the shop floor</li>\n <li>Romer Arm or Faro Arm Experience a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a shop environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud.</p>",
