This position will be the administrator of the Company&rsquo;s Viewpoint Vista ERP and Unanet CRM system and provide business analytics. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processes</li><li>Manage all user access to users for both programs and reports based on knowledge of roles, processes, and system&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinates with business and technology teams to manage schedule of deliverables and work products ensuring compliance with requirements and business processes, and workflows</li><li>Produces detailed requirements documentation for new programs, new functionality requests, bugs, and change requests</li><li>Design and execute automated procedures interfacing with systems to report business analytics.</li><li>Handle department production reports on report logs and user manuals.</li><li>Oversee reports and deliverables complying with administrative invoicing.</li><li>Develop queries and reports to extract data based on company and departmental needs.</li><li>Continual discussions with staff, users, and management to develop requirements and implement new reports or revise current reports.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science or information technology required&nbsp;</li><li>Three (3) years or more of related experience is required.</li><li>Strong customer service and leadership skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li><li id=\"isPasted\" style=\"color: rgb(65, 65, 65); font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; background-color: white; margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"border: 0px; font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: inherit; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; color: inherit;\">Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software</span></li><li style=\"color: rgb(65, 65, 65); font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; background-color: white; margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; outline: none; box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"border: 0px; font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: inherit; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; color: inherit;\">Proficient in SAP Crystal Reports reporting required.&nbsp;</span></li><li>Experience with Viewpoint&rsquo;s Vista ERP software and/ or Microsoft Power BI is highly desirable</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Multiband Global offers complete Network Lifecycle solutions from deployment to decommissioning. &nbsp;At Multiband Global, we specialize in large-scale telecommunications, system/network planning, and engineering, fire and life safety systems, low voltage cabling, electronic security, audiovisual, installation services, and electronic waste recycling. &nbsp;</p><p>Our company foundation is built on our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Accountability, and Teamwork. &nbsp;At Multiband Global we want our employees to have fulfilling careers, and we commit to our employees by offering competitive benefits, compensation, and development opportunities.
