If who we are and what we do resonates with you, we invite you to join our high-performance team!</p>\n<h2>Job Summary-</h2>\n<p>General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) Bothell is a key division of General Dynamics, specializing in the design and development of innovative guided munitions and critical space deployment devices. </p>\n<p>Located in Bothell, Washington, our facility focuses on delivering cutting edge products and technologies that support the critical needs of the defense and aerospace industries. With a strong emphasis on precision engineering, quality, and performance, GD-OTS Bothell plays a key role in ensuring the success of complex missions for our customers. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities-</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist senior manufacturing engineers with process development, optimization, and documentation for new product development. </li>\n <li>Support the creation and modification of work instructions, tool requirements, and standard operating procedures.</li>\n <li>Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities. </li>\n <li>Assist in the design, test, and implementation of fixtures, jigs, and other tooling and manufacturing aids.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and operations.</li>\n <li>Present work with internal and external customers. </li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications-</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Completed a minimum of 2-3 years of Mechanical Engineering coursework, working towards a BS in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Knowledge, skills & abilities:</strong> Ability to work as part of a team. Oral and written communication skills. Attentiveness. Ability to understand and follow directions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Travel Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>No or very little travel likely.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range (USD)</h2>$23.58 - $28.18\n<h2>Pay Transparency Statement</h2>The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process.\n<h2>Benefits</h2>Employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and basic life insurance as well as pre-tax spending accounts.
