Martin Concrete Construction is seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Operations Manager to oversee field operations across multiple projects. In this role, you won't just manage schedules and manpower—you'll play a critical role in ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence while helping build some of the most challenging and rewarding concrete construction projects in the industry.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">If you're a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys developing teams, and has a passion for solving problems in the field, we want to hear from you.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead and manage field operations with responsibility for safety, production, quality, manpower, and project execution across multiple jobsites.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Partner with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Operations leadership to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor labor productivity, job costs, equipment utilization, and material management to drive project success.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate manpower needs across projects and allocate resources where needed to support operational goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with the Safety Director and field leadership team to reinforce Martin Concrete's safety culture and ensure compliance with company standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct regular project site visits, safety observations, and operational reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support preconstruction planning, pre-pour meetings, project kickoff meetings, and ongoing operational reviews.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide mentorship and guidance to Superintendents while helping develop future leaders within the organization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Serve as the primary problem solver and escalation point for field issues that impact project performance.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Location &amp; Travel Requirements</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This position requires frequent travel to active project sites. Candidates should be comfortable spending significant time in the field and traveling as needed to support operations, project teams, and client relationships.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial, industrial, tilt-up, multi-story, or concrete construction projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong technical knowledge of concrete construction means, methods, sequencing, and field operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience managing multiple projects, field teams, and operational priorities simultaneously.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, employees, subcontractors, and vendors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated ability to drive safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">OSHA Certification.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">ACI or TCA Certification.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bilingual (English/Spanish).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience leading large concrete construction operations across multiple projects.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Join Martin Concrete Construction?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At Martin Concrete Construction, we believe great projects start with great people.
