Overview CENTERS, LLC is a professional management firm specializing in facility, operation, and program management for higher education. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred. Must have at least two (2) years of professional experience, preferably in a university environment. Fiscal accountability, capability of understanding budgets. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities. Ability to write concise, logical reports. Knowledge of standard practices in recreational sports. Demonstrated experience and ability to work as part of, and lead a collaborative, professional team. Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm. [The competencies listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform each essential function.] Technical Competencies PC proficient and able to use Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Some knowledge of HR theories and best practices in recruitment and staff development Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CSI Software Professional Competencies Adaptability, analytical & critical thinking, initiative & motivation, planning & project management, decision making & judgment, business acumen, customer service, teamwork, diversity awareness, interpersonal relationships, communication, integrity, leadership, long-term focus, organizational learning & change management Human Relations: Internal contacts include staff at all levels. External contacts include external customers, community members, local businesses, community partners and vendors. Contact involves troubleshooting, informing, exchanging information, negotiating, making recommendations, and giving information or instructions.
