Provides spiritual and moral guidance to residents, team members, and families. Develops and maintains continuity of the overall spiritual life of the community through coordination of religious and spiritual programs.</p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p>The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>A Master of Divinity or its equivalent from an accredited seminary or accredited graduate theological school</li>\n <li>Completion of one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education or its equivalent</li>\n <li>Minimum of five years’ ministry experience</li>\n <li>Ordination in one’s faith tradition, including a denominational endorsement, indicating that the candidate is in good standing</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
