&amp; Adolescents</li>\n<li>Young Adults</li>\n<li>Adults</li>\n<li>(Couples and families, depending on credentials and experience)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a remote, client-facing role focused on providing ethical, Christ-centered support while honoring professional boundaries and scope of practice.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are accepting applicants from two professional pathways:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Licensed Mental Health Professionals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Board-Certified Christian Counselors</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Populations Served</span></p>\n<p>Counselors may work with:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Teens and adolescents</span> navigating identity, emotional regulation, peer pressure, anxiety, and faith development</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Young adults</span> navigating life transitions, purpose, relationships, career stress, and spiritual alignment</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Adults</span> facing stress, burnout, life transitions, and personal growth challenges</li>\n<li>Faith-based individuals seeking counseling aligned with Christian values</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Client assignments will align with your credentials, experience, and comfort level.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Christian-based counseling services</span> via secure telehealth platforms</li>\n<li>Integrate <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">biblical principles and faith-based guidance</span> with counseling support</li>\n<li>Provide age-appropriate counseling for teens, young adults, and adults</li>\n<li>Maintain timely, accurate session documentation</li>\n<li>Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and organizational policies</li>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership and clinical support teams as needed</li>\n<li>Refer clients appropriately when needs exceed scope of practice</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pathway 1: Licensed Mental Health Professionals</span></span></p>\n<p>Applicants qualify under this pathway if they hold an active, unrestricted license, such as:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>LPC / LMHC</li>\n<li>LCSW</li>\n<li>LMFT</li>\n<li>Psychologist (PhD / PsyD)</li>\n<li>Other state-recognized mental health licenses</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Additional Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience or comfort working with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">teens and/or young adults</span> preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to integrate Christian faith principles into therapy when clinically appropriate</li>\n<li>Telehealth experience preferred</li>\n<li>Strong clinical judgment and ethical practice</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pathway 2: Board-Certified Christian Counselors</span></span></p>\n<p>Applicants qualify under this pathway if they are:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Board Certified</span> through a recognized Christian counseling organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Additional Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formal training in Christian counseling, pastoral counseling, or biblical counseling</li>\n<li>Clear understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">scope of practice</span>, especially when working with teens</li>\n<li>Ability to provide <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">non-clinical Christian counseling</span></li>\n<li>Willingness to refer clients for licensed clinical care when appropriate</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Note: Board-Certified Christian Counselors will not diagnose or treat clinical mental health conditions unless separately licensed.</p>\n<p>Work
