We also provide a 401(k) savings plan, Employee Assistance Program, a tuition reimbursement program, professional development and advancement opportunities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join our team, be part of the solution, support evolving innovations, and help us continue providing quality products, all while being supported by strong leadership and a comprehensive and competitive benefits program.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for administration of projects in Oracle Project Accounting and BUU DB</li>\n <li>Development of project cost and schedule.</li>\n <li>Administration of all aspects of project execution including, but not limited to: design, specification, contracts, purchasing, installation, and commissioning.</li>\n <li>Control and report project schedule and cost to management.</li>\n <li>Maintain technical documentation (i.e., organize drawings and results).</li>\n <li>Support plant operations by implementing critical improvement projects and coordinating with all departments within the plant.</li>\n <li>Be an active actor of the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) process.</li>\n <li>Provide technical support to maintenance activities, contributing to equipment reliability and availability.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with maintenance teams, demonstrating strong knowledge of maintenance practices and plant equipment.</li>\n <li>Participate in weekend on-call rotation to support maintenance needs and ensure operational continuity.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.</li>\n <li>At least three (3) years of experience in mechanical/electrical project engineering in the cement or related industry.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with operational aspects and equipment utilized in the cement industry (or heavy industry)</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of maintenance processes, reliability principles, and plant equipment.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Self-starter and inquisitive by nature.</li>\n <li>Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office).</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.</li>\n <li>Skilled in RCFA.</li>\n <li>Requires availability to travel, primarily to other Buzzi Unicem USA facilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Buzzi Unicem USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
