Resolve patient billing complaints/issues.</li>\n <li>Performs various collection actions.</li>\n <li>Maintains strictest confidentiality, adheres to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>Preferred:   1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service role</p>\n<p>Preferred:   Experience in the DME or health-care industry.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong> </strong><strong>Minimum Requirements: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Special Conditions of Employment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drug test</li>\n <li>Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring</li>\n <li>Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>$18.50 - $20.67 an hour </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.</p>",
