    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.43.15/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp; <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.43.15/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></p><p>The Training Coordinator is responsible for providing process flow knowledge and operational excellence for Sunland Logistics Solutions, Inc. customers by utilizing highly, in depth knowledge of customer products, procedures and processes in a Safe working environment.</p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Will be the designated Trainer for all MHE at the site. &nbsp;</li><li>Must be certified as a Trainer.</li><li>Conducts forklift, reach truck and electric pallet jack certification training (written and hands on)</li><li>Grades written test</li><li>Makes certification cards</li><li>Keeps track via Excel spreadsheet of the expiration date for MHE and recertifies team members prior to expiration date (every 3 years)</li><li>Will make sure all new hires go through the initial training for the job they will perform at the site. &nbsp;Will provide the new hire with the proper equipment needed for the job</li><li>Will conduct an initial tour of the entire warehouse with emphasis on the area they will be working in</li><li>Enforces safety rules</li><li>Ensure the new hire is shadowing him/her at all times, explains and trains on all processes and answers any questions the new hire may have</li><li>Will make sure the new hire understands signing out the equipment and is trained in the proper use</li><li>Will train the new hire with approved Work Instructions for the job they will be performing.&nbsp;</li><li>Will train the new hire on how to perform various other duties in the warehouse</li><li>Efficiently stack per the recommended stack height and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas.</li><li>Order Picking &ndash; pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is being picked and processed for outbound shipping. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.</li><li>Equipment &ndash; Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or with other MHE. Operator may use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put-away and load functions, as required. &nbsp;Maintain the facility&rsquo;s equipment and materials in a Safe, neat, clean and orderly fashion. &nbsp;Perform and complete Daily Inspection Sheets and Operate all equipment in a safe &amp; efficient manner following prescribed work methods.</li><li>Assist in physical inventories. &nbsp;</li><li>Safety, Sanitation, Security &ndash; Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. &nbsp;Conduct operations in a manner that promotes Safety. Comply with OSHA, EPA and MSDS Standards.</li><li>Creates, maintains and updates work instructions for each job function</li><li>Updates and maintains the training matrix (including posting it in the operation)</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other MHE that is required.</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.</li><li>Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs.</li><li>Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.</li><li>Read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.</li><li>Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.</li><li>Balances team and individual responsibilities.</li><li>Consistently at work and on time.</li><li>Able to workday, afternoon and/or evening shifts.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Operations and Infor.</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 year or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
