          "text": "<p><strong>A DAY IN THE LIFE</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain working relationships with the Flight Representatives and ACS Private Jets departments.</li><li>Develop and refine processes to continually improve effectiveness and efficiency.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate Flight Representatives to maximize coverage and efficiency, including assigning one representative to multiple flights where appropriate.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for charter consultants globally, ensuring all Flight Representatives receive all necessary information to deliver a seamless service on the day of the flight.</li><li>Monitor booking forms and report data whilst proactively liaising with consultants to arrange Flight Representative coverage.</li><li>Oversee and produce accurate records and reports for the number of reps achieved monthly for Flight Representatives across the U.S. and Canada.</li><li>Ensure Flight Representatives complete post-flight visit reports via the Flight Rep App/email template to keep accurate service records.</li><li>Lead on projects to assist on future growth of the Flight Representative department (e.g. review data to validate Flight Representative growth)</li><li>Collaborate closely with non-sales departments, recognizing their vital role in ACS’s overall success.</li><li>Adapt communication style to suit the needs of clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.</li><li>Follow company procedures methodically to safeguard both ACS and its clients.</li></ul>",
