This role combines hands-on welding of small parts with operation and oversight of automated welding equipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable troubleshooting equipment issues, maintaining high quality standards, and working in a clean manufacturing environment.</p><p>If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to be part of a team that produces precision products with real-world impact, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Welding &amp; Production</strong></p><ul><li>Perform manual welding of small, precision components (primarily TIG, stainless steel)</li><li>Set up and operate automated welding equipment to support production needs</li><li>Ensure welds meet quality, strength, and sanitary standards</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings</li></ul><p><strong>Equipment Operation &amp; Troubleshooting</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor automated welders for proper function and output quality</li><li>Identify and resolve basic equipment issues, escalating when needed</li><li>Perform routine adjustments, preventive maintenance, and changeovers</li><li>Support continuous improvement of welding processes and cycle times</li></ul><p><strong>Quality &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Inspect finished welds to ensure adherence to specifications and sanitary requirements</li><li>Maintain clean welds appropriate for hygienic applications</li><li>Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory standards</li><li>Document production and quality records as required</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment &amp; Teamwork</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with sanitary manufacturing standards</li><li>Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and engineering on improvements</li><li>Support cross-training across production areas as needed</li><li>Use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols required</li><li>May involve standing for extended periods and handling small parts</li></ul><p><strong>What Good Looks Like in This Role</strong></p><ul><li>Produces consistent, high-quality welds that meet sanitary standards</li><li>Quickly identifies and resolves basic equipment issues</li><li>Maintains a clean, organized workspace</li><li>Proactively suggests improvements to processes and efficiency</li><li>Works collaboratively and reliably within the team</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of welding experience, preferably with TI and stainless steel</li><li>Experience working with small or precision components</li><li>Ability to operate or learn automated welding equipment</li><li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions</li><li>High attention to detail and quality standards</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in hygienic, sanitary, or regulated manufacturing (food, beverage, pharma, medical)</li><li>Familiarity with orbital or automated welding systems</li><li>Welding certification (TIG or related)</li><li>Basic mechanical or equipment maintenance experience</li></ul><p>#LI-CS1</p></div>",
