    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<h2><strong>MRB Design Engineer VI </strong><strong>Location:</strong> Tulsa, OK On-site (Office-Based Role)</h2>\n<p>💰 <strong>Pay Range:</strong> $90.00+/hour🎯 <strong>Retention Bonus:</strong> $5,000 after 12 months🚚 Relocation support available</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Expleo Group USA is seeking a Senior Consultant-level<strong> MRB Design Engineer</strong> (Level 6) to provide industry-leading technical authority and innovation across aerospace manufacturing programs.</p>\n<p>This role is office-based and focused on advanced engineering evaluation, strategic technical leadership, and development of next-generation MRB methodologies using drawings, specifications, inspection data, and analytical insight.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is an opportunity for a recognized industry expert who thrives on solving unprecedented technical challenges, shaping engineering strategy, and influencing long-term organizational success.</p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead resolution of highly complex, novel, and critical MRB nonconformances</li>\n <li>Develop new engineering principles, repair methodologies, and MRB standards</li>\n <li>Apply advanced scientific and engineering concepts to drive innovation in aerospace repair solutions</li>\n <li>Define and implement long-term technical strategies and capabilities</li>\n <li>Act independently to identify, analyze, and resolve systemic engineering and program challenges</li>\n <li>Serve as primary technical spokesperson with customers, regulatory bodies, and senior leadership</li>\n <li>Advise executive leadership on technology direction, risk, and long-range planning</li>\n <li>Lead cross-organizational technical initiatives and influence business growth opportunities</li>\n <li>Mentor senior engineers and shape organizational technical capability and succession</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What This Role Is</h2>\n<p>✔ Strategic, industry-level technical leadership✔ Innovation-focused engineering role✔ High-impact decision-making influencing long-term business direction</p>\n<h2>What This Role Is Not</h2>\n<p>✖ Operational or delivery-focused engineering role✖ Routine MRB disposition work✖ Mid- or senior-level engineering position</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or related discipline (ABET preferred)</li>\n <li>Engineering degree must be ABET-accredited and recognized under the Washington Accord</li>\n <li>20+ years of aerospace/MRB engineering experience</li>\n <li>Recognized expert in MRB, structures, and airworthiness compliance</li>\n <li>Extensive experience with major OEM programs (e.g., Boeing 737/787 or equivalent)</li>\n <li>Previously held MRB signing authority or delegated technical approval within the past 3–5 years (preferred)</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to develop new engineering concepts, methodologies, and standards</li>\n <li>Deep expertise in metallic and composite structures</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of regulatory frameworks, airworthiness, and certification requirements</li>\n <li>Proven track record of influencing technical strategy and organizational direction</li>\n <li>Solid knowledge of material properties, manufacturing methods, and their impact on aircraft performance</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of SAP NCMS or similar nonconformance management systems</li>\n <li>Familiarity with CATIA V5 for drawing/model interrogation (preferred)</li>\n <li>Prior DOA experience, concessions training, TIPQA, or equivalent exposure is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation & Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Three thousand dollars retention sign-on bonus after 90 days of successful employment</p></li>\n <li>Additional relocation bonus for out of state candidates</li>\n <li>Competitive hourly rate ($90+ based on experience and expertise)</li>\n <li><p>Five thousand dollars retention retention bonus after 12 months of employment</p></li>\n <li><p>3 weeks (15 days) of paid time off and paid holidays</p></li>\n <li><p>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits</p></li>\n <li><p>401(k) with company match</p></li>\n <li><p>Stable, office-based work environment</p></li>\n <li>Long-term role with retention incentive</li>\n <li><p>Supportive, collaborative engineering culture</p></li>\n</ul>\n<strong>About Expleo</strong> \n<p>Expleo is a global engineering, technology, and consulting service provider with 18,000 employees in over 30 countries.
