We run fun and entertaining summer camps for our European students visiting Germany on language holidays. We’re looking for sociable and enthusiastic leaders to join us in running our junior summer centre in Summer 2026.  Creating magical and exciting experiences for the young people who choose to travel with us.  We will provide all training and equipment required along with accommodation and meals. This is a self-employed position.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">The Job:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222\">Students between the ages of 10 to 16yrs travel to our centre in Germany and take part in lessons in the mornings and trips and activities in the afternoons and evenings. All guests stay in residential accommodation on site. The job of the Centre Manager is to manage a small team of activity teachers and supervisors to ensure that all aspects of the students’ stay run smoothly and that students are kept safe and happy throughout their time with us.  This is a residential position; accommodation is offered on site and includes all meals.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Requirements</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Full time availability from 20/06/2025 until 17/08/2025 in centre</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Part time availability from March 31st, 2025 (5 hrs per week approx.) working from home </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Excellent <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">English and German language skills</span>, <span style=\"color: #222222\">the ability to communicate in one or more additional language is a plus. </span></span></li>\n<li><br><span>Experience in leading and managing a team (ideally in an international context)</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Professional experience in summer/holiday camps or similar structures preferred</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Good organisational and time-management skills, ability to work independently and under pressure</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Successfully complete our pre-season training sessions as well as participation in the Destination Training in the Summer Centre</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Participation in Safeguarding training (provided by us)</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>First Aid Certificate</span></span><span> (8 hours, not older than 2 years). </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Police clearance </span></span><span>or DBS certificate (not older than 1 year). </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Safeguarding our young students is the most important priority for our school and as such no contracts will be awarded without full ID checks, references and appropriate police/DBS checks.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">Remuneration</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Contractors will receive 528 GBP or 610 Euros weekly <span style=\"font-size: 15px\">for work on site </span> from <span style=\"font-size: 15px\">23/06/2025 until 31/08/2025 </span> (depending on the centre), to be invoiced in arrears.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Contractors will receive 60 GBP or 70 Euros weekly <span style=\"font-size: 15px\">for work online </span> from 31/04/2024 to 23/06/2024 to be invoiced in arrears.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222\">Travel expenses of up to 210 GBP or 230 Euros</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222\">Full-board accommodation is included for the summer season</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222\">W</span><span>e are <span style=\"color: #222222\">committed to </span><em>equality</em><span style=\"color: #222222\"> of </span><em>opportunity</em> for all staff and contractors.
