The recruitment process will include a pre-employment background check, physical, and a drug screening.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Truck Driver</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As a Truck Driver with Toebe Construction, you will be an integral part of our construction projects, responsible for safely and efficiently operating commercial vehicles to transport materials to and from job sites. This role is essential in ensuring the successful completion of our projects, and we are looking for individuals who are dedicated to maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">All candidates must be willing to join the Teamsters Union, as well as undergo a pre-employment drug test and physical.</span></span><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• A Class B commercial driver's license (CDL) in good standing</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating commercial vehicles, including Dump Trucks and Concrete Mix Trucks/Agitors</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Experience operating Air Brakes and Manual Transmissions</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Must possess a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and a high school diploma or GED</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Willingness to join the Teamsters Union.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• An absolute commitment to the Company’s core values of Integrity, Safety, Teamwork, and Trust.</span><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Safely transport construction materials to and from job sites.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Load and unload materials in coordination with site supervisors, ensuring proper material handling procedures.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Conduct routine truck and equipment maintenance and inspections</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Adhere to project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials to various construction sites.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service or repair status.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Follow all federal, state, local, and Department of Transportation regulations, as well as Toebe Construction's safety standards.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Physical</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Additional Requirements:</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Candidates must comply with all federal, state, local, and Department of Transportation laws and regulations regarding drugs and alcohol.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">For each trade, non-journey level employees may be placed in apprenticeship programs that offer individuals new to the industry On the Job Training (OJT) opportunities.
