    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">About the Role</p><p>We are hiring a Performance Marketing Analytics Manager to drive performance across a portfolio of clients.</p><p>This role is responsible for turning marketing performance data into clear direction - identifying what&rsquo;s working, what&rsquo;s not, and what we should do next to improve efficiency and scale. This role is focused on using data to drive decisions and outcomes.</p><p>We are open to leveling this role based on experience.</p><p><strong><u>What You&rsquo;ll Do</u></strong></p><p>Performance Analysis &amp; Insight Generation</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Analyze performance across programs, audiences, and creative</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Surface clear insights on what is changing and where to focus</li></ul><p>Performance Strategy &amp; Optimization</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Use data to inform decisions that improve CPA, ROI, and volume</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Identify opportunities to scale, refine, or pull back investment</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Evaluate tradeoffs between efficiency and growth</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Contribute to or lead performance strategy across assigned clients</li></ul><p>Forecasting &amp;
