Joining BIP means being part of a fast-paced, supportive environment where your ideas matter and your career can grow.</p>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Role Context and Objectives</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for a <strong>Recruiter,</strong> who will join our HR team and support talent acquisition activities with a strong focus on identifying high-potential profiles.</p>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>What will be your challenge?</strong></p>\n<p>For our Tirana office, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter who will support the assigned HR Business Partner in managing end-to-end recruiting processes.</p>\n<p>The role involves:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination and execution, and offer proposal</li>\n <li>Maintaining and updating the internal candidate database</li>\n <li>Producing and managing recruitment reports and dashboards</li>\n <li>Participating in ad hoc HR and talent acquisition projects</li>\n <li>Supporting the HRBP in HR initiatives&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Define and implement strategies with the overall goal of improving employees’experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:18pt\">&nbsp;</p>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Are you ready to join our team?</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for a candidate with:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>3-4 years of experience (including internships) in recruiting with exposure to people management activities through direct support to the HR Business Partner</li>\n <li>Experience in IT recruitment (e.g., data, AI, cloud profiles) is highly preferred</li>\n <li>Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing techniques</li>\n <li>Excellent command of MS Office tools</li>\n <li>Good knowledge of Italian language is a plus but not mandatory requirement</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Reliability, flexibility, attention to detail, and accuracy</li>\n <li>Proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Tirana</p>",
