This role will be responsible for supporting employees, managing HR processes, and ensuring compliance while serving as a key point of contact for both field and office personnel.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding</li><li>Act as the primary HR contact for <strong>bilingual (Spanish/English) employees</strong></li><li>Support and manage <strong>recruitment and staffing efforts</strong>, including coordination with recruiters and hiring managers</li><li>Handle employee concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes</li><li>Ensure compliance with <strong>labor laws, company policies, and site regulations</strong></li><li>Assist with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and timekeeping issues</li><li>Support onboarding of new hires, including documentation and orientation</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems</li><li>Partner with operations teams to support workforce planning and staffing needs</li><li>Help develop and improve HR policies and procedures</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in <strong>Human Resources (HR Generalist or HR Manager level)</strong></li><li>Fluent in <strong>Spanish and English (written and verbal)</strong></li><li>Strong experience in <strong>employee relations and HR operations</strong></li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a <strong>fast-paced environment</strong></li><li>Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills</li><li>Experience working with hourly, field, or operational workforces preferred</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience in <strong>construction, data center, logistics, or staffing environments</strong></li><li>Experience supporting <strong>high-volume hiring or recruiting teams</strong></li><li>Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)</li><li>SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus</li><li>Experience working with <strong>U.S.-based teams or companies</strong></li></ul>",
