Then you are in the right place&hellip;start the application process today!</p><p><strong><u>Summary of Position Functions</u></strong><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>The General Foreman is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of the field operations to effectively execute all assigned construction projects.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Position Functions</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Manages job site safety, pre-task plan compliance, safety equipment on job sites, and safety equipment expenses on the job site.</li><li>Manages high-risk activities requiring safety upper management involvement.</li><li>Manages job site productivity goals.</li><li>Manages crew productivity and daily quantity tracking.</li><li>Assigns tasks and directs work to ensure project goals are met safely and efficiently.</li><li>Assures individuals are meeting productivity goals.</li><li>Manages project layout, trade coordination, project quality control.</li><li>Oversees tool and rental expenses on projects.</li><li>Manages daily reports on job sites being completed, documentation (RFIs, drawings updates, submittals) and, job site photo documentation.</li><li>Manages documentation on all risk management issues.</li></ul><p>Note: &nbsp;The statements contained herein describe the essential functions of this position but should not be an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.
