As part of the facilities team, work to maintain the lodging function and beauty with preventative, routine and seasonal projects. This is a Full-time Year-round position paying $20-$22/hour depending on experience.</span></p><p></p><p><u><b><span>RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></b></u></p><ul><li><span>Perform repairs and maintenance on resort lodging facilities.</span></li><li><span>Snow shoveling and plowing in the winter.</span></li><li><span>Preventative maintenance on all properties.</span></li><li><span>Be an informative resource for the guests.</span></li><li><span>Use of power tools, paint/drywall repair, sanders, hammers, saws, snow shovels, and tractor/skid steer.</span></li><li><span>Need to be able to use computer to access and complete tasks on resort work-order program.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></u></p><p></p><ul><li>High School Education or Equivalent.</li><li>Prior experience in the building trades with skills in carpentry/maintenance/painting.</li><li>Experience with tools and small equipment.</li><li>Experience with swimming pool maintenance is a plus.</li><li>Experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping is helpful.</li><li>Must be able to drive personal vehicle.</li><li><span>Must be able to work outside for long periods of time in various weather conditions.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work weekends, holidays and overnight on-call rotation.</span></li><li><span>Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, 2-way radio and in person.</span></li><li><span>Ability to perform heavy work lifting and/or exerting up to 70 pounds of force occasionally and lesser weights more often.</span></li><li><span>Valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record.</span></li></ul><p></p><h2><i>Sugarbush Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer</i></h2><h2><i>An offer of employment may be contingent upon the results of a background, MVR, or criminal records check</i></h2>",
