This position brings the brand to life through confident service, attention to detail, and ownership of the final moments that matter most, from pre-exam support to eyewear readiness, fitting, and pickup. As a key member of the team, this role ensures every customer interaction feels seamless, elevated, and on-brand. This role blends customer connection, optical support, and finishing excellence to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.</p><p><u><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></u></p><p><strong>Create an Exceptional Customer Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit</li><li>Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education</li><li>Ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experience</li></ul><p><strong>Support Clinical &amp; In Store Flow</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with patient flow and pre exam screenings to support Optometrists</li><li>Help ensure smooth transitions between exam, finish, and pickup moments</li><li>Serve as a calm, knowledgeable presence throughout the customer journey</li></ul><p><strong>Own Finish &amp; Quality Excellence</strong></p><ul><li>Perform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections and quality checks</li><li>Ensure all eyewear meets Eyeglass World standards for fit, function, and presentation</li><li>Prepare orders for pickup and deliver polished, brand aligned handoff</li></ul><p><strong>Operate with Precision &amp; Care</strong></p><ul><li>Support order entry, tracking, and timely completion</li><li>Maintain organized, clean, and efficient finish and retail areas</li><li>Identify and resolve quality or service issues proactively</li></ul><p><strong>Bring the Brand to Life</strong></p><ul><li>Model Eyeglass World service standards, tone, and behaviors in every interaction</li><li>Uphold visual, experiential, and operational brand standards in the store</li><li>Partner with the store team to deliver a consistent and elevated experience</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
