The position ensures that only conforming materials are released for production and maintenance use in accordance with FAA Part 21, Part 145, and EASA requirements. The role supports the company&rsquo;s commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance for both production and repair station operations.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Perform detailed receiving inspections of incoming materials, components, and hardware for conformity to engineering drawings, purchase orders, and applicable specifications.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Verify supplier documentation, including Certificates of Conformance, material test reports, and traceability records, for accuracy and compliance.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using calibrated measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Review and validate supplier certifications and special process documentation in accordance with FAA, EASA, and AS9100 standards.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Record inspection results in the company&rsquo;s ERP/Quality Management System.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Identify, tag, and segregate nonconforming materials; initiate Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) when required.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Communicate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to resolve supplier quality issues.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Maintain compliance with calibration control procedures and ensure inspection tools are within current calibration prior to use.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Support internal and external audits as required.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements, maintaining a clean and organized work area.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Perform other related quality inspection duties as assigned by supervision.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Quality Assurance Inspector positions in 2nd shift operation, receive an 8% shift premium (additional to their base pay).</strong></p>\r\n",
