          "text": "<p class=\"p1\"><span>Primary skills: </span><span>FIX protocol / trading and STRONG API Testing </span><br /><br /><span>Lead QA Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in the finance industry ( commodities/exchange trading environment a plus )<br />- Understand and advocate for Agile &amp; Behaviour-Driven Development(BDD) best practices for QA (is a must )<br />- Writing scenario outlines and or feature files using BDD methodology<br />- Assists team and Product Owner with defining and documenting acceptance criteria<br />- Highly analytical, proactive ( ability to think outside the box ) and detail oriented<br />- Excellent understanding of FIX protocol (preferably FIXML)<br />- Strong API testing experience using Sonic JMS / IBM MQ / HTTP<br />- Knowledge on test and defect management tools ( Quality Center, Jira )<br />- Strong knowledge of SQL and able to write queries to verify data in Oracle DB</span></p>",
