      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>This job requires the ability to work in-person at the Thuma Store in Cherry Creek.</li>\n<li>This job requires availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years experience in Retail.</li>\n<li>A proven record in delivering excellent customer service within a similar retail environment.</li>\n<li>Keen attention to detail.</li>\n<li>A proactive and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Shopify, NetSuite and Gladly is a plus.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></div>\n\n<li>Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.</li>\n<li>Capacity to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., using proper equipment and safety techniques.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><em>Anticipated start date: July 2026, subject to adjustment.</em></div>\n</div>"
