We are seeking a Full time Physical therapist to join the team of 1 PT and 1 PSS (and eventually a 3rd PT). Candidate would be treating a primarily orthopedic caseload with diagnoses that include post-op care, conservative care, sports, spine, and debility/balance. Candidate should be driven to improve skills and provide excellent care while remaining committed to building/maintaining relationships with patients and referral sources.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment</li>\n <li>Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day</li>\n <li>Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge</li>\n <li>Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports</li>\n <li>Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately</li>\n <li>Promoting continuous quality improvement</li>\n <li>Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.</li>\n <li>Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#BSWIR-Outpatient</p>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>\n<p>#BSWIR-Outpatient</p>",
