We are expanding our team and looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in healthcare analytics. This position will report to the VP of Analytics and will be responsible for the day-to-day importing, exporting, distributing, analyzing, and reporting of healthcare data. Given our growth trajectory, we are looking for a person who can grow with the company, learning new skills and assuming an expanding role.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><em>Job Responsibilities:</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Design, maintain, and optimize data pipelines (ETL/ELT) supporting analytics, reporting, and operational workflows.</li>\n   <li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into practical solutions.</li>\n   <li>Write efficient SQL queries and work with tools such as SSMS, PowerBI, and Excel.</li>\n   <li>Analyze, model, and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.</li>\n   <li>Promote data stewardship and governance best practices.</li>\n   <li>Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.</li>\n   <li>Navigate and improve organically grown legacy systems while contributing to modernization initiatives.</li>\n   <li>Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.</li>\n   <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><em>Essential Background Requirements:</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> \n  <ul>\n   <li>Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts required.</li>\n     <li>Hands-on experience with data engineering or data analysis in a production environment required.</li>\n     <li>Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL workflows required.</li>\n     <li>Experience with Excel and data visualization tools such as PowerBI required.</li>\n     <li>Experience with healthcare data or other highly regulated industries preferred.</li>\n     <li>Experience with SSMS preferred.</li>\n    </ul></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Location : Address</h2>502 Earth City Expy STE 300\n<h2>Location : City</h2>Earth City\n<h2>Location : State/Province</h2>MO\n<h2>Location : Postal Code</h2>63045\n<h2>Location : Country</h2>US",
