          "text": "<p><strong>Description:</strong></p><p>AbbVie Oncology Discovery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced cancer cell biologist to support drug discovery projects in our in vitro cancer biology team with a focus on antibody-drug conjugates. The candidate will work closely with a team of experienced scientists to develop and optimize key pharmacological, biochemical and cell-based assays to support multiple programs.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and execute in vitro studies to assess novel antibody-drug conjugates</li><li>Analyze and interpret experiments and present data to the broader project team and group meetings. Propose relevant follow-up experiments as needed.</li><li>Troubleshoot and/or optimize experimental procedures as needed to further the program goals.</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of data packages for scientific publications, regulatory documents, and patent applications</li><li>Work independently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment as part of a diverse research team.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance programs from early discovery to preclinical development</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience, or Master’s Degree with two years of experience in molecular/cellular biology, cancer biology, pharmacology or related discipline with significant research experience.</li><li>Proficiency in tissue culture, cellular &amp; biochemical in vitro assay development and molecular biology techniques (e.g Western blotting/WES, ELISA, proliferation assays, FACS, lentivirus)</li><li>Background in drug discovery, pharmacology and assay development.</li><li>Organizational skills and experience with computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, GraphPad, FlowJo, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Understanding and application of methods of antibody characterization and/or antibody-drug conjugates.</li><li>Knowledge and experience with a broad range of assays to characterize targeted protein degradation</li><li>Familiarity and proficiency with available genomic/transcriptomic datasets (TCGA, DepMap, CCLE etc.)</li></ul><p><strong>Key Leadership Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of team to enable higher performance.</li><li>Learns fast, grasps the 'essence' and can change the course quickly where indicated.</li><li>Raises the bar and is never satisfied with the status quo.</li><li>Creates a learning environment, open to suggestions and experimentation for improvement.</li><li>Embraces innovation and manages to reality.</li></ul>",
