Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, digging into data, and figuring out why things fail? As an Assistant Quality Engineer (RMA), you’ll play a key role in improving product quality by investigating returned products, working with global suppliers, and turning insights into real improvements. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in quality engineering while gaining hands-on experience in failure analysis, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Manage RMA processes and track returned materials from start to finish Investigate product failures and coordinate analysis with suppliers Identify defect trends and help drive corrective actions Develop KPIs, reports, and dashboards to support quality decisions Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to improve product reliability Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives What We’re Looking For Education: Secondary education required; technical or engineering degree/diploma preferred 2+ years of experience in quality, RMA, manufacturing, or a related field Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity about root cause analysis Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Excel required) Strong communication and teamwork skills Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment English proficiency is an advantage Why You’ll Love This Role Real impact: Your work directly improves product quality and customer satisfaction Skill development: Build expertise in failure analysis, supplier quality, and data-driven decision-making Cross-functional exposure: Work closely with engineering, production, and global partners Career growth: Strong foundation for progressing into Quality Engineer roles
