We are the pioneers of the</p><p>direct business model which is now adopted by many in the industry.</p><p>INFINIUM has the need for a full-time Sample Coordinator/Marketing Assistant that is</p><p>conscientious, hardworking, and dedicated to join our team with the following:</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>&bull; Accurately fulfill sample requests by pulling, packaging, and shipping product samples in any of</p><p>our various product types, nine standard finish colors, and glass product samples in varying glass</p><p>types.</p><p>&bull; Create and apply labels on all sample items and boxes for clarity, consistency, and tracking.</p><p>&bull; Ensure samples and labels are presented in a clean, professional, and aesthetically pleasing</p><p>manner.</p><p>&bull; Maintain and organize sample inventory to ensure availability and quality.</p><p>&bull; Maintain and organize sample label templates, making updates as needed.</p><p>&bull; Monitor stock levels and create restock lists for glass, chips, and extrusions as needed.</p><p>&bull; Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality, timely and accurate replenishment of</p><p>materials.</p><p>&bull; Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing sample shipments.</p><p>&bull; Track all outgoing shipments and accurately communicate tracking numbers to the appropriate</p><p>team members or clients via tracking software.</p><p>&bull; Monitor process and address any shipping issues as needed.</p><p>&bull; Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Production to understand sample needs and timing.</p><p>&bull; Provide status updates to stakeholders and ensure samples are aligned with client expectations.</p><p>&bull; Support trade show and marketing efforts by preparing bulk or specialized sample sets as</p><p>requested.</p><p>&bull; Store and handle all sample materials with care to maintain quality and integrity of finish.</p><p>&bull; Assist Marketing team with miscellaneous duties as required (printing, cutting, assembling,</p><p>boxing, shipping various marketing materials, assisting with event planning and coordination, etc.)</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>&bull; Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree</p><p>preferred.</p><p>&bull; Years of relevant experience: 2+ years in logistics, shipping/receiving, or a similar role preferred.</p><p>&bull; Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</p><p>&bull; Excellent organizational and time management skills.</p><p>&bull; Professional and courteous communication style.</p><p>&bull; Experience working with all levels within an organization.</p><p>&bull; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and shipping software (UPS, FedEx).</p><p>&bull; Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs. and be on feet for extended periods.</p><p>The appropriate compensation package will be designed for the right candidate,</p><p>including health/dental/vision, paid vacation, and 401K plan with a yearly profit-sharing bonus</p><p>opportunity.</p><p>INFINIUM is an equal opportunity employer offering a team oriented, open, and enjoyable work</p><p>environment.</p>\n",
