    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Key Accountabilities:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain the programming of internal audits and track the progress of corrective actions for non-conformances</li>\n <li>Effective document-control maintenance, Management review &amp; coordination with external auditor &amp; Internal team</li>\n <li>Evaluation of the system’s effectiveness and its presentation to the management team to generate improvement actions</li>\n <li>Maintain key indicators up to date: customer complaints, audits’ status, action plan’s compliance</li>\n <li>Timely respond and address audits of the external agency in charge of certifying the system; coordinate customer audits and/or any query or audit findings</li>\n <li>Providing training and awareness on QMS to employees through training plan for effective knowledge and implementation</li>\n <li>Implementation of new updates in quality system of IATF 16949 area and 5’s operationalization</li>\n <li>Ensure timely update and complete all the customer PPAP document</li>\n <li>Track customer quality improvement and follow up action</li>\n <li>Participate with the new product development team to implement &amp; suggest right Quality approach for smooth lunches</li>\n <li>Product quality information analysis</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Coordinate all areas for daily joint problem solving and search for solutions result of non-conformances</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Conduct and participate in daily weekly and monthly basis LPA audit and other periodic audit</li>\n <li>Attend to customers &amp; external audits, carry out approval process of the product and non-conformances.</li>\n <li>Elaborate and review the safety, Quality System Documentation, QIFC, MOS &amp; BIQ activities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Academic and Experience:</strong></p>\n<p>Diploma B-Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing process quality of automotive industry. Experience and Knowledge: Implementation and administration of quality systems, Problem Solving, quality core tools, QC tools.</p>\n<p><strong>Technical Areas:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to read and understand the technical document &amp;standard</li>\n <li>Working knowledge in Quality system &amp; Quality tools.</li>\n <li>Working exposure to computers – MS Excel, Word &amp; Power points.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand Process &amp; Product Engineering &amp;</li>\n <li>Knowledge of ISO :9001 / IATF: 16949.</li>\n <li>Lead Audits (Process &amp; Product)</li>\n <li>Knowledge of APQP, Control Plan and FMEA, MSA, SPC &amp; PPAP &amp; Problem Solving and Analysis Methodologies</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Training Techniques</li>\n <li>Know your Customer Requirements</li>\n</ul>",
