This is a unique opportunity to gain global exposure while being based locally. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in estimating, contract administration, and cost control.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Minimum requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of 5 years of experience, including site experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to take ownership but still work within the team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Degree / Diploma in quantity surveying.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Own reliable vehicle and a driver's license.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and plan your time.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
