    "jobDescription": "<p><b>Nature and Scope:</b></p><p>The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Project Management is a critical leadership role responsible for the strategic direction and operational excellence of the company&#39;s manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, and project management functions. This individual will lead a large organization, ensuring the efficient and compliant production and delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical products. The SVP will be a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><p>Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.</p><p>*   <b>Strategic Leadership</b>: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and project management aligned with the company&#39;s overall business objectives.</p><p>*   <b>Manufacturing Operations</b>: Oversee all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, adherence to cGMP regulations, and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.</p><p>*   <b>Quality Assurance</b>: Oversee the quality assurance function, ensuring the development and implementation of robust quality systems, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the highest standards of product quality.</p><p>*   <b>Supply Chain Management</b>: Direct the supply chain organization, optimizing sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and distribution to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials and finished goods.</p><p>*   <b>Project Management</b>: Oversee the project management function, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of key projects, including new product launches, facility expansions, and process improvements.</p><p>*   <b>Regulatory Compliance</b>: Maintain a strong understanding of global regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality, ensuring compliance with FDA, EMA, and other relevant agencies.</p><p>*   <b>Team Leadership</b>: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of professionals in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and project management.</p><p>*   <b>Financial Management</b>: Develop and manage budgets for manufacturing, quality, supply chain, capital and project management, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.</p><p>*   <b>Risk Management</b>: Identify and mitigate risks associated with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and project management, ensuring business continuity and patient safety.</p><p>*   <b>Stakeholder Management:</b> Collaborate effectively with other members of the executive leadership team, as well as external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, suppliers, and customers.</p><ul><li>Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education Requirements and Qualifications:</b></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.</p><p>*   Bachelor&#39;s degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Engineering).
