You will provide expert oversight of clinical practice, including assessment, care planning, risk management, and quality assurance, ensuring services are safe, effective, and aligned with Ngā Paerewa Health &amp; Disability Standards. Working in partnership with the Service Manager, you will lead a strong clinical governance framework, manage risk and incidents, and contribute to ongoing service development and innovation.</p>\n<p>You will lead and develop Registered Health Professionals through clinical supervision and coaching, ensuring high standards of practice, sustainable caseloads, and continuous improvement.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The role requires strong stakeholder engagement with Te Whatu Ora and community partners, alongside a deep commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive care.
