          "text": "<p><a href=\"http://www.ingramcontent.com/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Ingram Content Group (ICG)</strong></a><strong>&#xa0;</strong>is hiring Equipment Operators&#xa0;to contribute to our&#xa0;<strong>Lightning Source&#xa0;</strong>team in&#xa0;<strong>LaVergne, TN</strong>&#xa0;just outside Nashville. &#xa0;</p><p><em>Want to join a key team that helps the world read?</em></p><p>At Ingram, the Operations team serves a key role within the organization.&#xa0; We ensure that our distribution centers and warehouse facilities function at maximum efficiency.&#xa0;&#xa0; Safety is a core value in our distribution environment.&#xa0; We emphasize this through training, education and accident prevention programs.&#xa0; Process Improvement is another core value, and through innovations such as voice and Radio Frequency (RF) technologies, as well as feedback from our associates, we work toward constant improvement.&#xa0;</p><p>The world is reading, and it is our goal to connect as many people to the content they want in the simplest ways.&#xa0; If you want to be part of a customer-centric team that strives for excellence, collaboration, innovation, we can’t wait to meet you!</p><p><strong>Schedule-&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>C shift Sun-Tue 7p-7am and every other Saturday 7p-7a</strong></p><p><strong>D shift Wed-Friday 7p-7am&#xa0;</strong><strong>and every other Saturday 7p-7a</strong></p><p><strong>Pay: $17.50/hr with a $2.50/hr shift diff and $1/hr weekend rate</strong></p><p><strong>What You Need</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>6 months continuous work experience&#xa0;required</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Operates production equipment including B/W printers, binders, trimmers, folder/gluer, shrink wrap tunnel, saddle stitch, and paper drill to achieve shift production volume and meet safety and quality standards as described in the LSI operating manual.&#xa0; Must be able to operate the various machinery as assigned based on work volume.</li><li>Executes timely re-supply of raw materials while operating production equipment.</li><li>Notifies supervisor and/or specialist when equipment is not operating effectively.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift.&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 50 lbs. during the assigned shift – up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.</li><li>Ability to push/pull in a manufacturing environment up to 50 lbs to push during the assigned shift – up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 50 occasionally.</li><li>Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.</li><li>Ability to bend, kneel/squat, twist/turn, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.</li><li>Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li></ul>",
