Your duties will include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Negotiating various types of land acquisition agreements with private landowners and special interest groups</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Conducting rental reviews and general stakeholder engagement for settling damages or addressing concerns as required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Communicating with stakeholders regarding projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Executing and auditing acquisition documents</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Maintaining continuous and effective communication with clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Communicating field success and deficiencies to the Project Manager</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Documenting stakeholder concerns and escalating as necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Maintaining a high level of confidentiality</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Traveling as required; comfortable driving country/back country roads</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #424242; font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Experience and Qualifications</span></strong></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #424242; font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">We welcome candidates with a combination of relevant experience and/or education.
