    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Shift: 2 days per week; 8-hour shifts; rotating hours 5am-8pm; no weekends or holidays</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Join our Outpatient Surgery team and make a difference across the continuum of care!</strong></p>\n<p>Our <strong>40-bay Preoperative and Phase 2 Recovery Unit</strong> is seeking a dedicated <strong>Registered Nurse (RN)</strong> to provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care for surgical patients of all ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics.</p>\n<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Deliver and coordinate nursing care in <strong>pre-op and recovery settings</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>Care for patients in <strong>inpatient, outpatient, 23-hour observation, and admission pathways</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>Support procedures requiring anesthesia, including <strong>Endoscopy, Radiology, and MRI</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient experiences</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why UnityPoint Health?</h2>\n<p>At UnityPoint Health, you matter.
