Martin/Martin, Inc. is seeking a talented Civil Project Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Group in our Kansas City, Missouri office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse site development projects, including healthcare, multifamily, commercial, industrial, educational facilities, and more.
You'll be part of a dynamic team where you can grow your skills and advance your career. You’ll work under the guidance of a Senior Engineer, managing and designing projects from concept through construction. You'll interact with owners, architects, contractors, and more, gaining valuable experience and exposure early in your career. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to participate in marketing activities.

The Team
Our Civil Engineering teams focus on site and infrastructure design, including leading projects such as the 16th Street Mall redesign in Denver.
Responsibilities
Assists in conceptual design. Assists in fee determination and proposal preparation. Fills out Project Setup Forms and reviews/fills out work authorizations. Establishes a QA/QC plan for each project. Acts as a mentor for younger engineers and assists with their career development. Attends project meetings and represents Martin/Martin, Inc. during design and construction. Follows up on collection of account receivables.
