          "text": "<p>We’re looking for a backend engineer who gets excited about building things that don’t exist yet.<br>\nThis is not a role for someone who only maintains or “tunes” existing systems — we need someone who can take a blank slate and turn it into a production‑ready service.</p><p>You’ll be working on <strong>greenfield projects</strong> with a team that values speed, technical excellence, and ownership.
