    "description": "<p>Parra Consulting Group (PCG) is actively seeking a Expert Security Specialist to provide physical and personnel security services to the Science and Technology Directorate's Office of Space and Counterspace (SCS). Serve as a Senior Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and provide support to the Government Program Security Officer (PSO).  As the CPSO, she/he will provide support for program security and execution of all security policies and requirements for specified SAP programs, compartments, sub-compartments, and projects, located in Reston, VA</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review, draft, and maintain physical security and facility-related documentation.</li>\n<li>Conduct inspections of physical facilities, including TSCM compliance checks.</li>\n<li>Develop and update SOPs and other facility-related documents.</li>\n<li>Train personnel on access control lists and associated procedures.</li>\n<li>Train personnel in courier and secure transport procedures.</li>\n<li>Perform physical and personnel security duties in support of SSO/SSR responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (required).</li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience working with government security databases (e.g., DISS).</li>\n<li>Experience working with JADE, Scatter Castles, JPAS</li>\n<li>Strong SAP and SCIF accreditation experience</li>\n<li>Experience preparing, maintaining, and submitting security paperwork; familiarity with ICD 705, DoDD 5205.07, and related directives required</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications and Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) training highly desired</li>\n<li>Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) strongly desired</li>\n<li>Experience training on and working with Special Access Programs (SAPs).</li>\n<li>Experience supporting SCIF accreditations and inspections.</li>\n<li>Experience serving as an SSO or SSR in government or contractor roles.</li>\n<li>Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) or the Intelligence Community.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span></p>\n<p>Parra Consulting Group offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your leadership and expertise will drive project success.
