Working at heights that exceed 13 feet high to check and seal dome lids at top of trailer.</li><li>Operating equipment associated with the transloading process for bulk flour.&nbsp;</li></ul><strong>Job Summary</strong><ul><li>Handle and connect hoses</li><li>Operate valves.&nbsp;</li><li>Couple and uncouple trailers.&nbsp;</li><li>Climbing carabis system and using company issued fall protection.</li></ul><strong>Education/Training</strong><ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to write simple correspondence.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations</li></ul><strong>Experience</strong><ul><li>Must be 24 years of age.</li><li>Pass a drug test.</li><li>Pass back ground check.</li><li>Computer Comprehension is a plus.</li><li>Perform inspections of trailer and tractors.</li><li>Shuttle/Preload Trailers.</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Maintain a good attendance record.&nbsp; (No more than 3 days unexcused absent in calendar year).</li><li>Ability to work well with others.</li><li>Conduct all job tasks with a positive safety attitude.</li><li>Maintains good housekeeping.</li><li>Must have a good attention to detail.</li></ul><strong>Certifications and Licenses Required</strong><ul><li>CDL’s are required for this hourly position but job would mainly be non driving.&nbsp; Driving could become needed as volumes and as customer needs.</li></ul>ADM requires the successful completion of&nbsp;a&nbsp;background check<br><br>REF:110179BR",
