  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block-->We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a wide variety of environmental projects with a focus on environmental site assessments, remediation, and brownfield redevelopment. You will also assist in business development activities, communicate with clients and regulatory staff, and mentor team members.<br><br></div><div><!--block-->You will perform various project duties, including:</div><ul><li><!--block-->Manage and oversee environmental consulting projects from initiation through completion, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.</li><li><!--block-->Lead Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with ASTM standards and/or state regulatory requirements</li><li><!--block-->Plan, implement, and manage environmental remediation projects involving soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion.</li><li><!--block-->Support and lead brownfield redevelopment projects, including coordination with stakeholders, developers, and regulatory agencies.</li><li><!--block-->Provide technical expertise and regulatory guidance related to Ohio EPA programs, including the Voluntary Action Program (VAP).</li><li><!--block-->Ensure compliance with Ohio Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR) requirements.</li><li><!--block-->Prepare and review technical reports, work plans, risk assessments, and closure documentation.</li><li><!--block-->Manage client relationships, including communication, proposals, and business development support.</li><li><!--block-->Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing technical direction and professional development.</li><li><!--block-->Coordinate with subcontractors, laboratories, and regulatory agencies.</li><li><!--block-->Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.</li></ul>",
