    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Engineer General III (Aerospace) provides comprehensive system conceptualization, test and validation support for the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Capable of system conceptualization, system-level requirements definition and system test and evaluation. </li>\n <li>Manage and coordinate the execution of technical projects, testing and evaluation, and rapid acquisition projects. </li>\n <li>Coordinate information among all Government and non-Government stakeholders as applicable.</li>\n <li>Manage, facilitate, and represent Government communication to senior leaders, DoD, and non-DoD Government agencies.</li>\n <li>Perform technical analysis and risk management to conduct assessments of technology and implement risk mitigation plans.</li>\n <li>Provide systems engineering support to develop concepts and translate operational requirements into configured systems, manage interfaces and verify that designs meet needs. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college</li>\n <li>(10) years of progressively more complex experience in hardware design, development, and documentation.</li>\n <li>Familiar with probability, reliability, statistical analysis methods, sampling, test and evaluation techniques, data collection, and applicable regulations and standards</li>\n <li>TS/SCI Clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The above salary range represents a general guideline.
