Farrelli’s Bartenders are organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure, are guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing. Our bartenders also take pride in their personal/professional appearance and show dedication to the job through integrity and honesty in all aspects of employment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Welcome each guest personally using enthusiastic words, tone, and body language.</li><li>Make guests feel appreciated.</li><li>Work as a team with all personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service.</li><li>Work with others to keep all areas clean and stocked to the company’s standards.</li><li>Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of the bar and dining room following standard recipes.</li><li>Input orders into computer immediately, collect money from guests, make correct change and provide receipts.</li><li>Clean and arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display.</li><li>Wash and sterilize stemware.</li><li>Anticipate guests’ needs and follow the half-full rule when offering another drink; remain alert of guests’ signals (raising a hand, looking directly at you, etc.), and acknowledge signals.</li><li>Check identification of guests who are consuming alcoholic beverages; refuse alcohol service to guests who are not of legal age.</li><li>Responsibly serve alcohol and remain aware of guests’ state of intoxication.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2><br></h2>",
