The Structural Project Manager will direct, train and mentor other engineering staff as well assist in employee performance management practices.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties / Responsibilities:</strong> The Structural Project Manager’s duties and responsibilities will fall under multiple categories including but not limited to: Technical, Communication, Leadership, and Development of Clients. These duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Prepare proposals and requests for qualifications</li><li>Review and approve project designs</li><li>Prepare construction documents for supervisor review with limited supervision</li><li>Review submittals based on construction documents</li><li>Conduct site visits, make field observations, and write reports according to findings</li><li>File documentation of organized calculations for later review</li><li>Sign and seal engineering documents for managed projects</li><li>Attend meetings with clients and document meeting discussions</li><li>Monitor quality and progress of project(s)</li><li>Track schedules, monitor budgets and assist in billing activities</li><li>Proactively identify new client opportunities</li><li>Master design and drafting software to create engineering documents</li><li>Attend site visits prior to beginning design and through construction completion</li><li>Prepare and/or modify technical reports and specifications.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p>",
